Refund & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Request Timeline

Return or exchange requests must be placed within 48 hours from the delivery date.

The 7-day return period is calculated from the delivery date as Day 1 (e.g., if delivered on 1st, the last return date is the 6th).

No exceptions will be made for delayed return requests, and our automated platform will not accept late submissions.
Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange per order within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Customers must bear the shipping cost for exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If a product has a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost.

Refund Policy
Bank Refunds (Prepaid Orders Only)

Bank refunds are not available for COD orders.

Handling & Shipping Fee: ₹160 per product will be deducted from the refund.

Customers who have requested multiple returns previously are not eligible for bank refunds.

Refunds take 5-12 working days after quality check approval.

Mandatory: A video proof of package handover is required to process refunds. If the wrong or used product is returned, we are not liable for refunds.
Store Credits (Available for All Orders)
